Payment ensures goods are scheduled to leave on the first vehicle leaving the local hauliers depot the day of delivery following overnight transit from our turf farm. Road closures, vehicle breakdowns, driver absence etc can occasionally delay arrival, should this be the case we will be in contact with you as soon as we are aware of any issue. Upgrade charges are fully refundable should goods arrive later than 13:15. Priority upgrades sadly do not guarantee delivery within the window should any of the above occur. Refunds for late arrival are offered and goods will still be delivered as soon as its physically possible to do so.
