Here are the answers to a few of our most often asked questions regarding our Delivery Service.
Is Delivery Included?
Standard delivery is included on many of our products to most postcode areas, enter your postcode at the checkout to check if there are any delivery charges / select your delivery option.
How are the products delivered?
Most of our products are delivered on a pallet (with the exception of smaller goods such as Snow Scopps and shovels etc).
Pallet delivery can only be guaranteed to your kerbside. The pallet is delivered from a wagon with a taillift and pallet trolley (not a crane wagon), if you have any queries please contact us on 0844 822 3959. It is only possible to manoeuvre a pallet truck on level, smooth and solid surfaces such as tarmac, concrete or block paving.
What is the delivery time and can I choose a delivery time and date?
Most of our products are available with next day delivery, you can also choose a delivery time and date that suits you best, this is all taken care of in the online order form.
Do I need to be at home when the delivery is made?
Deliveries can be left without a signature, so you do not have to be waiting at home for the delivery to arrive! Please let us know if your not going to be in.
Non Palletised deliveries
Products that are not sent on a pallet, such as worms and accessories, are usually sent by Royal Mail or Courier Service.
Please Note : Once goods have left our depot the order / delivery can not be cancelled or amended without incurring addional charges.
